If you’re going to be ready to step in and share the presenter’s PowerPoint or Video, you’re going to have to access the content from somewhere. Here’s where you’ll get that tidbit of knowledge.
It’s pretty simple if you’ve used DropBox before. And even if you haven’t, I’ll walk you through it.
First of all, GoodClix will set up an “incoming file folder” for all your presenters to drop their files into. But once a file lands here, GoodClix will move it to the “Presentation Content Folder”, possibly organized into folders by day, by session, or — something.
You will need the URL (web address) of the event’s “Presentation Content Folder”. This will come from GoodClix. GoodClix will need to know your email address, to grant you access to the folder. If you do not have this information, contact GoodClix via email (if you have the address — I won’t put it here, since it invites a lot of spam), or use the Contact Form on this website.
Click the URL of the Presentation Content Folder.
